Refunds and Returns
Accessories that were shipped in error or arrived damaged (prior to wearing) may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receipt. Buyer must notify email@example.com of damage within 3 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of item to the seller.
Once the returned merchandise has been received, a direct replacement will be sent to the customer. If the returned item is no longer available for purchase, a similar item may be substituted upon communication with and approval of the buyer. If no substitute is approved, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be processed on the original form of payment.
Changing your mind about an item after it has been paid for or shipped is not eligible for return.
Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
